Our Occupational Therapists provide Functional Capacity Assessments in Perth to help identify how a person’s disability impacts their everyday life, independence and support needs.
Our FCAs include a comprehensive assessment of daily functioning, with a detailed report outlining functional capacity, support needs and recommendations to assist with NDIS planning, plan reassessments and changes in support needs.
